Each delegation will need to register for CANIMUN 2018 through our registration form, which is now available here! CANIMUN 2018 is pleased to offer three registration periods:

Please note that:
- High School applicants must submit their application by October 31st.
- International Applicants must Register before December 31st to ensure enough time for visa applications with IRCC
- You may ask to change committee preferences until February 18th by sending an email at delegates@CANIMUN.org.
There are three types of fees.
Registration Fee: There is a per-delegate registration fee. This fee varies between each Registration Period (see table above).
Delegation Fee: There is a one-time $50 CAD fee for each delegation (school or club) of two or more delegates.
Faculty Advisor Fee: There is also be a $50 CAD fee for each faculty advisor.
Once a delegation’s registration is received, our Delegate Affairs Team will reach out to the delegation to confirm the registration and provide an invoice. Payment can be done by credit through a secure online payment portal or by cheque. CANIMUN 2018 will offer two payment options:
The full fee indicated on the invoice is payable upon receipt.
The full Delegation Fee and half of the per-delegate and Faculty Advisor Fees payable upon receipt of the invoice. The remainder is payable before a later date, as specified on the invoice. This option is not available for Late Registration.
Please note that country assignments will be processed on a rolling basis and cannot be processed until full payment is received.
Refunds will be issued as follows (note that the dates indicate the date on which the refund request is made):

Before November 1, 2017: 100% refund
Before December 31, 2017: 50% refund
After January 1, 2018: No refund
CANIMUN is primarily a post-secondary level conference (university, college, CEGEP, etc). All students registered at a recognized post-secondary institution are eligible to apply. We also accept experienced high school students (in Grade 11 or 12, or the equivalent education levels) on an application basis. If you would like to register as a high school delegation/delegate, please have your faculty advisor fill out our application form here.
Individual delegates (those not attending as part of a delegation) and recent graduates may also register through our registration form.
International delegates are welcome at CANIMUN, and are encouraged to register as soon as possible so that we can most effectively assist in necessary preparations for entering Canada. International delegates may register through the regular registration form. International high school delegates must apply using the High School Application Form.
